There is a document that staff can sign saying they are healthy and they don't have to get a yearly physical? It's attached.

Did you also know...

When you hire someone, they still have to provide a physical. And YES,

they have 30 days, but I suggest you get it immediately upon hire! Then it's off your plate and licensing compliant.
